Harvest: manual harvest with a careful grape selection in September.
Vinification: soft pressing of destemmed grapes. Traditional red vinification with maceration on skins.
Refinement: in stainless steel tanks and then in bottle.
Bouquet: fragrant notes of red flowers, fruits and prominent notes of cherries.
Taste: soft tannins and good persistence.
Food pairings: Italian antipasti, soups, pasta dishes, roasted and boiled meat.
Serving temperature: 17-18°C., 62-64°F.
Bottle/cork: 750 ml. Technical stopper with natural cork disc.
The Valpolicella D.O.C. Classico Superiore Le Pesse di Saga is produced mainly with Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes.

The wine presents a bright red ruby colour with fragrant aromas of red flowers, fruits and prominent notes of cherries.
On the palate, it reveals soft tannins and good persistence.
